Join us as a sponsor of the Annual Nonprofit Conference, scheduled for Thursday, November30 at the CT Convention Center in Hartford.  With an expected attendance of over 600 nonprofit professionals, this is the largest nonprofit event in CT.  Do not miss this opportunity to sponsor the conference, to show your support of CT’s nonprofit community, spend the day as an exhibitor at the conference, and promote your business and brand to thousands of nonprofit leaders.

Gold sponsors may choose one of the following exclusive and specialized opportunities, in addition to the sponsor benefits listed below.  These exclusive opportunities are sure to increase your visibility & exposure before, during and after the conference and will bring more traffic to your company’s exhibition table.

 

A.      “DRIVE!” Parking Sponsor - “Drive” attendees to your exhibit booth by becoming the event’s premier parking sponsor. Attendees will receive a validated parking pass, which they will pick up at your booth, guaranteeing a steady flow of traffic and potential customers.     (2 opportunities available)

 

B.      Keynote Sponsor:  sponsor the keynote speaker, and have your business’ name attached to the keynote on all Conference promotion, as well as the opportunity to introduce the keynote speaker on stage.  The keynote speaker is one of the conference’s biggest draws, so this is a great opportunity to promote your brand.

 

C.      “Hot Spot” WiFi Sponsor - Your company will be the official wireless access sponsor for the event. Your company’s name (or word of your choice) will be the wireless password for the conference. (1 exclusive opportunity)

 

D.      Lanyard Sponsor: Your company’s name or logo imprinted on nametag lanyards used by all attendees (1 exclusive opportunity)

 

E.       Bag Sponsor: Company logo or name featured on durable, reusable bags distributed to all attendees (1 exclusive opportunity)

 

F.       After-Party Reception Sponsor: Attendees are invited to join us for a “post-party,” a member reception to celebrate a successful event. As the official After Party Sponsor, attendees will receive a free drink ticket, which they will pick up from your booth!  (1 exclusive opportunity)

 

G.      Registration Sponsor: Opportunity to sit at registration table or have an additional table by registration area (1 exclusive opportunity)

 

H.      Printing Sponsor: Have your company’s name listed on all conference-related printed materials as the official printing sponsor.  This will include all printed items produced after the sponsorship is finalized, such as save the date, invitation and postcard, each going out to 8,000+ people. (1 exclusive opportunity)

 

I.         Breakfast Sponsor: Your company’s signage on all breakfast and coffee tables. Breakfast tables are out in the morning and coffee tables are out in the ballroom throughout the entire day (1 exclusive opportunity)
