Time Management for Nonprofit Success

It takes discipline and mindfulness, but time can be managed. In our increasingly demanding and distracting world, effective time management skills are necessary to getting the most out of each day. By focusing on self-awareness, we can change those habits and routines that have contributed to our unique experience and feelings of being overwhelmed.

Steve Greenblatt returns with his menu of time management techniques that will improve your stress level and productivity! Choose from an assortment of mindfulness, focus, delegation, ROTI, and more to implement strategies that will perfect your time management skills in the workplace.

This session includes role play, group discussions, quizzes, exercises and, of course, some humor. Your contribution will consist of your efforts and brainstorming to transform your work habits to long-term, fruitful outcomes.
