Time Management Models

 

Learn new methods to budget time wisely and effectively and provide opportunities to practice those skills. Topics covered include the benefits of being organized, why we procrastinate, how we waste time, and how we can use our time more effectively.

It takes discipline and mindfulness, but time can be managed. In our increasingly demanding and distracting world, effective time management skills are necessary to getting the most out of each day.

This training is for anyone who seeks to perfect their time management skills in the workplace.


Presenter Information:

Steven J. Greenblatt, Esq. Principal, Carpe Diem Associates, is well known in our community of nonprofits for facilitating the successful Managing People Series training. He is a Professor at Penn State University, holds a Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School, and a Masters in Labor Law from New York University School of Law.

His trainings are dynamic, relevant, and interactive. Attendant's will be provided with scenarios relevant to the sectors they serve, and applicable to the participants' work experiences and settings.
