Leveraging Feedback for a High Performing Culture


This highly insightful and engaging workshop provides a wealth of practical information. Learn to effectively apply active listening skills and use peer coaching within the framework of a structured model, to improve team work, productivity and individual behavioral outcomes, while experiencing how to build trust quickly and effectively. Exercises and opportunities to apply your learning to challenging relationships and practice will be provided.


This workshop is great for Nonprofit Professionals, Supervisors, Managers and others who want to learn how to appropriately give corrective behavior, improve work behaviors and performance.  


This training gives participants the opportunity to:

  • Learn about the four types of feedback and when to leverage the gift of data with your team
  • Understand the 5:1 supportive feedback ratio
  • Practice supportive and constructive feedback
  • Practice active listening
  • Evaluate and define next steps to shift challenging relationships

Presenter Information:

Deene Morris, Inspire Leadership, LLC, is a gifted catalyst for meaningful change. Her passion is to help individuals, teams and boards get unstuck–moving beyond obstacles to achieve their greater potential. By enhancing communication and self-awareness, people identify problems, take risks, collaborate and implement innovative solutions–translating to a healthier bottom line and organizational well-being. Her professional background includes both corporate, foundation and entrepreneurial leadership. She holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and a Certificate in Servant Leadership from Gonzaga University along with multiple human development certifications including EQ-i 2.0 and MBTI Master Practitioner.
