Participants will learn:
  • The definition and analysis of the importance of using proper financial tools, as well as the value of financial reports and budgetary responsibility,

  • The proper ways to prepare budgets, and build financial reports, and

  • How to build and develop financial models that are used within both operational and capital decision-making processes within nonprofits
