EQ, also known as Emotional Intelligence or EI describes our ability to perceive, assess and manage our emotions and interpersonal interactions in order to maximize our influence and impact. In this highly interactive workshop, participants are provided with the opportunity to evaluate their current level of EI competence while also exploring a wide range of methods for increasing their capacity to lead and influence in all of their relationships both in and out of the workplace.

In this highly interactive workshop, participants are provided with the opportunity to evaluate their current level of EI competence while also exploring a wide range of methods for increasing their capacity to lead and influence in all of their relationships both in and out of the workplace. The program includes all materials and assessments including the EI Insights Inventory and Development Roadmap. Optional EI assessments include EI Appraisal or EI Style Profile.

Presenter Information:

Payment is due in full upon registration and enrollment will not be guaranteed until payment is received.

 

Once registered, you may request a full refund, or request your registration be transferred to another future training, up until 2 weeks before the date of the training. Within the 2 weeks prior to the training, we cannot process refunds or offer credit toward a future training, however you may substitute another attendee in your place at any time.
