Jim and his team are recognized as innovative thinkers in their work on employee benefits issues including effective plan design strategies to control costs, selfinsurance (including Health Captives), high impact Wellness Programs, and other critical employee benefits topics. This broad industry experience coupled with Jim’s technical benefits expertise makes him well qualified to address a variety of benefit issues.

 

Kate Houlihan, CWCA, CRIS Vice President

With over 30 years of insurance experience, Kate is well-versed in the challenges that face health care, nonprofits, manufacturers and life science organizations. Working with a diverse group of industries allows Kate to bring a creative approach when servicing them. She takes pride in developing a policy that is customized to meet her client’s needs while protecting their assets and saving them money.
