The Inclusion Bootcamp is a 6-week intensive program, where participants will navigate the ins and outs of becoming a more inclusive leader, HR professional or employer. This 6-week program provides an opportunity for participants to focus on building inclusive leadership skills. Participants receive instructor led training, accountability pairing to deepen learning, access to a private online community, and online access to materials.

The Inclusion Bootcamp

 

A 6-Week Intensive Program

 

The Inclusion Bootcamp is a 6-week intensive program, where participants will navigate the ins and outs of becoming a more inclusive leader, HR professional or employer. This 6-week program provides an opportunity for participants to focus on building inclusive leadership skills. Participants receive instructor led training, accountability pairing to deepen learning, access to a private online community, and online access to materials.

 

Weekly Topics:

  • Module 1: Inclusive Leadership Foundation. Connect and converse with peers about your current place on the Inclusion Journey and learn crucial concepts for becoming an inclusive leader.
  • Module 2: Inclusive Leadership Best Practices. Learn and master the behavioral traits of inclusive leaders so you can advance in the right direction.
  • Module 3: Recruitment and Retention Inclusion Strategies. Discover how to find and retain employees from diverse backgrounds, even if your company is starting at ground zero.
  • Module 4: Building Inclusive Communities. Unlock 3 powerful strategies for leveraging communities to build more inclusion.
  • Module 5: Inclusive Leadership Technology Overview. Explore innovative technologies that foster inclusion in the workplace.
  • Module 6: How to Walk the Talk on the Inclusion Journey. Come full circle within your group to align actions with words for inclusive leadership.

Participant Outcomes:

  • Gain strategies and tools to leverage for fostering inclusive communities
  • Peer support and accountability for the Inclusion journey
  • Learn Inclusive Leadership Best Practices
  • Build a 90-Day Action Plan for continuing to build Inclusive Leadership Skills

Workshop Schedule:

October 7, October 15, October 21, October 28, November 4, November 12 from 10AM-11:15AM

Each week the instructor will send a Zoom Meeting invitation along with relevant course materials to each registrant.

 

Your Instructor:

Simone Morris is CEO of Simone Morris Enterprises LLC, a certified minority and women-owned business enterprise. She is an award-winning diversity and inclusion leader and a consultant and speaker committed to training women and emerging leaders to take true leadership positions in all aspects of their lives. She is also proud of her work to educate companies to walk in integrity when it comes to inclusive leadership.
 
Ms. Morris has a background that includes over two decades in corporate America, spanning information technology, commercial strategy, and human resources. She holds an MBA from the University of Connecticut. Her technology background has served her well, embedding strong project management acumen that allows her to educate and create transformational results for her clients. She teaches diversity and inclusion, conscious inclusion, and project management.
 
Ms. Morris shares her message across various platforms (for example, Forbes, Medium, Thrive Global, Glassdoor, Leadercast, SmartRecruiters, Social Hire, Diversity Best Practices, Profiles in Diversity Journal, and BambooHR). She is also the author of 52 Tips for Owning Your Career: Practical Advice for Career Success, The Power of Owning Your Career: Winning Strategies, Tools and Tips for Creating Your Desired Career, and Achievement Unlocked: Strategies to Set Goals and Manifest Them.
 
She resides in Connecticut with her family.

$500 for Alliance Members

$650 for Not-Yet-Members

 

Registration for this program closes on Tuesday, October 6, 2020 at 5:00pm.

 

Payment is due in full upon registration and enrollment will not be guaranteed until payment is received.


Refund Policy:

Once registered, you may request a full refund, or request your registration be transferred to another future training, up until 2 weeks before the date of the training. Within the 2 weeks prior to the training, we cannot process refunds or offer credit toward a future training, however you may substitute another attendee in your place at any time.
