Creating and Leading Cohesive Nonprofit Teams

Creating functional, cohesive teams is one of the few remaining competitive advantages available to a nonprofit looking to increase its viability.

Kenya Rutland returns to facilitate another dynamic training that will help you cultivate team productivity and navigate the stages of team development.

Imagine how much more you could accomplish, and how much more pleasant your workday would be, if everyone was cooperative and consistently working towards the same collective goals. If you think this sounds too good to be true and have come to accept negative politics and bad behavior as “just the way it is”, it’s time to think again!

Learn the five critical behaviors you need to consistently engage in to create a true sense of cooperation, collaboration, and camaraderie on your team. Participants will get the opportunity to take a deep dive into the material and put the learned tools into practice to improve team cohesion.
